Privacy Policy
How we handle your information
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains how Castillo Arcos Notary L.L.C. (“Castillo Arcos Notary,” “we,” or “us”) handles information you provide through our website and TikTok lead forms.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide. A TikTok instant lead form may collect your name, email address, and the service category you select. If a form offers a phone field and you choose to provide it, we collect that too. Website appointment inquiries may also include requested service, message, location, date, or scheduling details. Title-company and signing-service inquiries may include business contact and assignment details such as signing date, ZIP code, package type, page count, printing or scanback needs, and instructions.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to requests, answer questions about our services, provide estimates, check availability, contact you about scheduling, coordinate appointments or assignments, and maintain appropriate business records. Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment or assignment; we will confirm availability and terms separately.
TikTok lead forms
If you submit a lead form on TikTok, TikTok hosts the form and processes the submission through its platform. We receive the information you choose to provide so we can follow up about your notary-service inquiry. TikTok’s own privacy terms also apply to your use of TikTok. We do not use lead-form information to sell or rent personal information or to market unrelated third-party services.
Website forms, service providers, and sharing
Website inquiry forms are processed using Formspree. Our website is hosted by Netlify, and we use a Google tag for advertising measurement. These providers may process information or online activity data as needed to provide their services, under their own privacy terms. We may also share information with service providers that help us operate the business, when you ask us to coordinate with another party, or when disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and measurement
The Google tag on our website may use cookies or similar technologies and receive information about browser, device, page visits, or interactions to measure advertising performance. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Google’s privacy terms and controls apply to Google’s processing.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide or coordinate services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards for information in our control. No website, online form, or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. We will consider the request and respond subject to applicable law, records we need to retain, and our ability to verify the request. To make a request, email castilloarcosnotary@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Please do not include sensitive identifiers in your email.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our information practices change. The date at the top indicates when it was most recently revised.
